The trust canvas
A number of authors and business research argue that “trust” is probably the most underestimated variable to explain an organization’s success.
Working through the "canvas exercise" your team identifies the issues that are preventing Trust Building within the workforce or with outside customers, partners, and suppliers and starts the process of building action items to enhance trustworthiness inside the team and in the overall organization.
Two modes of delivery:
a) GDSS online delivery. The trust canvas is deployed as a “kiosk app” that invited members can access asynchronously on their own for an agreed period of time. A live ongoing report is accessible and constantly updated.
b) A facilitated online workshop. This is a synchronous 90 minutes session where a selected number of participants from the organization are invited to attend. A trained facilitator runs the session and a final report is produced at the end of the session.
A combination of both delivery methods is also available.
