This ground breaking approach to systems thinking and systems practice was originally conceptualized by Peter Checkland and others from Lancaster University Management School.

Planning your meeting

Addressing the need of a shared vision at the start of the project is really important to ensure success.

A project kick-off meeting is designed to develop the major scope of the project, and all the critical requirements that need to be met. This is particularly appropriate in the beginning of a project that involves one or several teams with a diversified membership where participants do not necessarily share the same background.

If you are running your annual customer meeting or any other major public event, you would probably need to have effective conference workshops. These are essential for closer interaction among your staff and your guest participants and will generate more value out of the meeting investment your company is already making.

If you are interested to know what your staff is thinking about your company, groupVision Services can also assist you. We will be listening to your information needs to construct an agenda that extracts useful and reliable meeting information.

Our applied methodologies with meeting support tools make the most of participants time that attend your business events. At the end of  these sessions, we produce a meeting report with graphics and result charts, as well as an evaluation with the written comments from the participants.
